Our Methodology

We like hearing from prospective clients. We love all things software (web, mobile, etc) and just like yourself, we want to ensure we will be a good fit for one another. We ask that you please take a moment to answer the questions on this page to help us start a dialogue to create a formal proposal for your upcoming project.

We do not take very small projects (under CHF 20’000) because our process doesn’t work well at that scale. Likewise, we also pass on very large projects (over CHF 100’000) because of their complexity and size. Finally, we don’t work on “Social Networking” kind of projects. Thanks, but we’re not interested.

We ask potential clients for their budgets, because it’s fairly hard to give quick estimates about how much a project will cost. Each project is different, each client is different, and as such each requires a unique approach. It’s important to note: the more information you give us up front, the more accurate we can be with your estimate.

Regarding NDAs, we are sorry, but at akosma software we do not sign NDAs. If you do not trust us at this stage, our whole relationship will look bad from the very beginning. And there are many other reasons why. We can consider signing a FriendDA, though.
